I was contacted by Nelnet a few months after I graduated when it was time to begin repayment of my student loans. I was flat broke an unemployed at the time so I requested a deferral, which the very graciously granted for two years and didn't give me a hard time about it or make me feel bad. I haven't used it, but they also have an app for managing your loans.

Nelnet is a huge help in managing my student loans. They offer convenient tools to pay and monitor student loans. And if times get tough, they have avid services to help get you back on track. Nelnet has been a real life-saver when it comes to helping with student loan debt.

Nelnet was my loan service provider before they transferred them over to StudentAid.gov. Whenever I called Nelnet with PSLF questions or questions about my repayment plan they could always walk me through the details. I was bummed to hear that Nelnet was no longer going to be the service provider for my student loans as they were always great to work with.

I still have my Nelnet student loan that I have been paying off for many years. I have been out of school for a while, and have been making payments to Nelnet, but they have also worked with me when I couldn't make the payment and I have defferred the payment a few times until I could pay it again. They have been great to work with when I had a hard situation and I am grateful for that. The rate is good and I also like their ability to keep me up to date on my options.

Nelnet has been such a blessing in my life! I have been able to pay for school that way because of the payment plans! It is easy to setup and allow you to pay for school if you cannot afford a large down payment. I have used it more than once in my time in college.

I did my student loans through Nelnet and they are easy to pay, keep track of, get the end of the year statements needed for taxes, and also they are willing to work with you if you need to make changes. They have a great interest rate, and give me a reduction if I do auto payment.

Been with Nelnet to manage my student loan for many years, their Web services are great, the site is easy to use and capable of managing your loans to your preferences without having to call a person to do it for you. No hidden unexplained charges, everything on the bill is broken down and accounted for.
