Navient is a great organization that constantly helps with my loans. They offer great alternative loan structures, low interest and great options for forbearance or forgiveness. They work with you to keep your loans up to date and on time. Their customer service is great to work with, excellent all around.

Navient is so helpful when needing to adjust your payment or schedule. Their customer service reps have compassion and seem to be there to help you rather than make you stress about your student loans. I also like that I can get my tax information right off the website easily.
