I had used Navient for some student loans and I absolutely hated their website and application experience. It was so painful to go in and make a payment and navigate through their website. It was harder to get logged in then going through customs at the border. Seriously choose someone else if you can, you'll thank me for it.

Navient took my loans and jacked up the interest rate on a college student. My rates were between 7 to 11 percent interest rate which is ridiculous for a person who had no money.
