Unfortunately we fell for the lies of this company as well. There is nothing wrong with the installation itself,but they left a nail on my pool screen and dirty roof. When working with them, we were not given an opportunity to shop around for a best company. I wouldn't recommend this company. A very nice salesperson came and said that we qualify, and olso, that because of our great credit score we are getting only 1%APR but we need to enroll right there and then, because it is a special offer just for us and tomorrow will not be there. Later, we found out that they give it to anyone. They told us we will get a water heater and the variable pool pump for free.when it was completed I realized that they are adding it to the loan. I asked the sales person and she said that its so we would get a tax credit. If you are adding it to my loan,It is not free. I feel like I was taken advantage of and played fool. This is their methods of selling. I received now 2 bills from my electrical company and it went down by 30$ only.i was promised that I will not have any bill from electrical company or a very tiny one.It doesn't seem to work. I am not saving anything. The loan that I pay to them plus the bill from electrical company together is not any savings. The system to track what i produce doesnt work, it is not showing anything. They sent a video about monitoring system but I can't register, it tells me it is for installers.I finally was able to register and it shows some days that i didnt produce at all and other days that i didnt use at all.Scam. I'm stuck with extremely expensive system that doesn't work. It is not producing enough. Sanova didnt back me up on anything. They have no rules, they said ypu are installed and paid, nothing we can do. A few weeks ago they had audacity to call me and offer the battery. I would never go again with Windmar or Sanova. On top of all, their manager was trying to bribe me, she offered me money to remove review from the Google reviews site and more money to put a new good review.
