We contacted with Trinity but Windmar installed our solar panels. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. We had no leaks. They know what they are doing! Thanks so much!

No problem with purchase and installation. Unexpected expense of remove & reinstall panels when reroof done earlier than planned. All of us missed the south neighbor’s fast-growing tall trees blocking som of south sun.

I like that I didn't have to come out of pocket with any money. Also that it has half a million in insurance coverage.

Would give 5 stars, but it’s a big process to have solar power installed. Communication is key in anything. A couple times technicians came out to do a task and I had questions and they could not answer them. They could not speak English. There were a few other things that could’ve gone better, but, I’m glad that I shouldn't lose power during any storm or big hurricane now!

Windmar is an equally reliable company, so I believe that together with Sunnova it provides the best treatment, service and quality in its products.

They have been great so far, and their customer support is great. Not like my first system with Maximo Solar.

Branch Manager and Sales representative were professional, clear and knowledgeable… did not push. We hope and expect the same going forward and after installation. Should the same professional service not be same or encounter bad service I will make sure to rate again.

Incredible service from start to finish! After they were finished on my roof they walked around the house and picked all the old shingles.

The thing that I disliked was that the system that I purchase did not include a back and I was told that I would be receiving check from my light company in a couple months due to having stored Energy. Now the story is I had to purchase a back up storage unit. My bill is higher now because I’m paying 2 light bills. One to Windsor and another to FPL.

Initial meetings were very informative and responsive. We did have a lot of difficulty with the main office and getting our services scheduled back in 2021. The scheduling was a terrible experience with missed appointments and long waits on rescheduling because we had very little to no communication with the front office. With this being said, once scheduled and the installers arrived, all was great again. The installers were very knowledge and professional. We are happy with the end product!

Unfortunately we fell for the lies of this company as well. There is nothing wrong with the installation itself,but they left a nail on my pool screen and dirty roof. When working with them, we were not given an opportunity to shop around for a best company. I wouldn't recommend this company. A very nice salesperson came and said that we qualify, and olso, that because of our great credit score we are getting only 1%APR but we need to enroll right there and then, because it is a special offer just for us and tomorrow will not be there. Later, we found out that they give it to anyone. They told us we will get a water heater and the variable pool pump for free.when it was completed I realized that they are adding it to the loan. I asked the sales person and she said that its so we would get a tax credit. If you are adding it to my loan,It is not free. I feel like I was taken advantage of and played fool. This is their methods of selling. I received now 2 bills from my electrical company and it went down by 30$ only.i was promised that I will not have any bill from electrical company or a very tiny one.It doesn't seem to work. I am not saving anything. The loan that I pay to them plus the bill from electrical company together is not any savings. The system to track what i produce doesnt work, it is not showing anything. They sent a video about monitoring system but I can't register, it tells me it is for installers.I finally was able to register and it shows some days that i didnt produce at all and other days that i didnt use at all.Scam. I'm stuck with extremely expensive system that doesn't work. It is not producing enough. Sanova didnt back me up on anything. They have no rules, they said ypu are installed and paid, nothing we can do. A few weeks ago they had audacity to call me and offer the battery. I would never go again with Windmar or Sanova. On top of all, their manager was trying to bribe me, she offered me money to remove review from the Google reviews site and more money to put a new good review.

Well in the beginning the batteries were not available, but were promise that we would be notify years gone by then we in PR were hit by Hurricane Maria then applying for the panels then our credit was compromise and we were not excellent credit to have the batteries available for our panels. F++++ my rating
