Wells Solar sent team member to clean up work site. I am overall happy with my panels and do see savings, I would recommend whole battery installation so when system isn't producing (night time) you are able to sustain off battery charge and not have to pull from the electric company. Wish salesman would have recommended with panel sale.

I would have given five stars but I had asked the technicians if they could check the mountings of my solar panels because I hear rattling on my roof when the wind blows. They didn't respond to this request.

Oh how nice to be able to run your air conditioner in this heat, 24/7, and only pay $51.00. All the while adding electricity to the grid during peak hours. But, I wish I would have installed a battery system.

When we were looking to get solar panels, we "Interviewed" many people. some we called via a search on the internet, and some were people who knocked on our door. First and foremost, our sales person O'Neal H, is a credit to your company. He was Professional, courteous, and not "High pressure". There is NOTHING worse than a sales person pushing you to purchase a high priced product with statements like, "this is an offer for today only" or "you'd be missing out if you don't" . O'Neal was NONE of those. He presented the Panels in a logical fashion and just gave us the facts about them and then gave us the bottom line in pricing. Now, almost a year later, we do not hesitate to call him with any questions that we might be having. Our 2 major concerns at this time is how the electric company is now not offering us any credit for buy back on extra power that we send to the grid. We realize that that is of no fault to the solar company panel supplier. (Wells) BUT it does, well...SUCK, that they are essentially "stealing" from us, then selling our excess production to other customers and we have nothing to show for it. Perhaps the solar companies should do some meetings with state and local authorities on the customers behalf, as it would only help you sell more panels if you can get them to set some regulations as to what is fair and right in the eyes of those of us who have taken the step to have solar installed. Our other issue is we have requested on several occasions to customer service to have someone come out and look at one of our panels as we believe that it is not functioning properly.

Wells Solar has been pretty good about follow up with our panel. We've had two crashes to the system, thus far. It doesn't produce as well as we'd hoped.

This was a long journey and i learned lots of ins and outs about solar. Wells and Matt B gave us a competitive quote to start the process. 120 days later their excellent install crew came out and got us installed over 2 days......PTO took a couple more weeks. Wells took care of planning, permitting, design and installation. During the process we were handed off to several PMs and finally rescued by Matt and Katie K to get completed.

I finally got my system installed this February. I took ten months for them to gather all the required parts but I am very happy with the install. It was very professionally done, looks great, and works wonderfully. I also like the easy to read App.

We haven’t decided on our next step but our sales experience was positive and I never felt coerced or pushed during the pitch. I appreciate that and the attitude this particular salesman brought to the table.
