I liked that they handled everything from start to finish with me having to run all iver signing things and handling paperwork. They did the permits contacted the city, the power company, and I didnt have to do any of that. Only negative, is getting a hold of someone to ask a question can be a bit of a pain. Not knowing who to ask and no clear direction on that. Could be set up better. The people they have working for them are all as far as i have had contact with helpful and kind.

Getting solar was something I had as an eventual goal i was planning to look into for my new house. It so happens that Greg was in the area and explained the basics of the process. We scheduled a sit down a week later and even though I was hesitant he answered all my questions, gave easy to understand examples, and gave good recommendations of options throughout the process. The only thing I didn't like was the initial pushiness he did to convince me to get it, where I did not have time to look around for other providers, but he got me a good deal and has made himself available with direct contact for any questions and not hiding behind a 1-800 number.

The process was fast & efficient once we decided to go solar. Zachary was very patient, answered all questions, & available when needed. Equipment was in stalled one month & turned on the next month. We love the Enphase app. It's so easy to use & monitor usage & the system. When going solar, explore the payment options. Whether it's lease, finance, or pay outright. Check the pros & cons. Meanwhile we're enjoying a lower bill than expected....and it's August. Can't wait to see the rest of the year!

Installation was good. Unfortunately one of their staff called out the day of and had to extend Installation to another day, requiring me to take an additional day off work because they were changing out our control panel and our electric had to be turned off that day.

I am so happy that we decided to go solar. I love having this and can’t wait for the return. I definitely want to install more panels when I can. The service we received from start to finish has been pleasant and although we had to deal with delays from our HOA I’m so glad our system is up and running now.
