I just started looking into solar when I came across this company.
i did want to write a review on their website. I found it extremely
helpful. You can see how the solar panels will look on your home.
I just had to put in my bill amount and address, and you can see what you
average monthly bill could look like with solar. I also called yesterday to see how long until i could get a consultation, they were very nice and professional and were able to get me in this week,
where as other companies there is a longer wait. Cant wait for my appointment

I love how honest this company was with me. We had a consultation with them and they were great. Unfortunately, the numbers didn't make sense for me to go solar. The consultant let me know this instead of trying to sell mesomething I didn't need which i found refreshing. I loved the integrity and professionalism of the company and consultant speaking with me. If you want to know more about solar or to see if you shouldn't look into it any further I would recommend scheduling a consultation with SolarSesame!

I would not score them well. It took over 7 months to get the installation done and done right. The finished product is not a pretty sight. Pipes all over the roof. The installers lived almost 6 hours away. They did the best they could with what the company gave them. They showed up in person trucks and rent trucks. I had to ask them to show me who the where.
The paperwork with the city took forever. But they where hiring other companies to do the work. From what I see Solar Sesame is just a bunch of salesmen farming out work to many companies. We had workers from 3 companies. Never had one contact! If I had a issue today I would have no idea who to call!
Yes the system works and yes! I had to call and call to get it done. To save a little money I would say pay more and get good service with another company.

I've done a lot of research and want to go Solar! I've had friends who used Solar Sesame and they had nothing but kind things to say about the rep that came to their home and made a proposal for them. The sign up process was easy for them and they use quality panels...they also give a referral bonus. So, I'll definitely be helping a friend out and saving money on my PGE bill which I hate paying every month when I get my solar installed! Solar is the way of the future, I'm so excited!

we got quotes from a bunch of different places and the prices were all over the map. You've got to watch out, because some of these cheaper options are cutting corners with low-quality stuff from China. We decided to go with SolarSesame in the end because they were offering top-notch gear and service at a fair price. They really did their homework, looking into what we need now and what we might need down the line, and they sized the system just right. After chatting with them, it clicked that a couple of the other, more questionable solar companies had tried to lowball the system size to make their price seem more appealing. When the install day came around, the crew was here bright and early and didn't pack up until everything was done, all in one day!

Andre, my representative is very knowledgeable, patient, helpful and friendly. I asking for measuring the EMF and he bought an special meter and share all information with me.
He still follows up with me and wants to be sure everything goes by plan. My project manager, Cristin, is do nice too. She keep me update all the time.

Really happy with my experience! Everyone I dealt with was nice and professional and we got solar installed on our roof in about a month. The guy we met initially from SolarSesame told us it could take 2 months, and I love it when companies underpromise and overdeliver! I have already recommended them to couple of friends who are thinking about switching to solar.

LIARS, LIARS, LIARS, Avoid this company like the plague! It took 10 months to get my solar working. There's thousands of dollars in damage to my home from their contractors and we are forced to go through our insurance company to get our home repaired. The rain gutters are rippled and bent from the ladder that was leaned against them, The whole electrical panel had to be replaced due to crossing the bus bar and causing an explosion. Our city inspector said this was a fire hazard. I could go on and on with the empty promises and lies. This company is all lip service and no action. I'm not sure how they're still in business!!!!!!

Love our system . Since installation was completed we have had several power outages, which is frequent in our rural area. We would not have even known about the outages if others had not told us. We had power to our necessary systems like our well pump, fans and fridge and freezer. Plus we had lights.
