Once the Solar system was installed it works very good. The only two negative things I have seen were as follows. The installation took longer than I thought it should have. ShineSolar and the electric company were not communicating well in my opinion. I had to communicate with both parties to keep things moving along. The second thing is the App for the solar does not give a true reflection of what you will truly see on the electric bill. You will see less. Overall glad I have the system though.

Very pleased with the solar panels. My only real complaint is that, due to their distance from me, it sometimes takes a bit longer to resolve issues when they come up.
