There were a few bumps along the way but my electric bill savings is awesome. My only gripe is as follows: There has been a few times where an appointment was made and the work crew did not show up or they came late. This is a pet peeve for me because we plan our day around the appointment so a quick phone call to update the customer would have been appreciated.

Lot of back and forth, unanswered emails/phone calls, and delays. The end result is a system that doesn't fully cover our electricity costs.
The only good experience we had was with the crew who came to install, they were very professional and great to work with.
