They kept me informed the entire process and when I did have an issue they were very quick to respond and get it taken care of. They were very thorough in their explanation. They took care of all of the paperwork and permits and approvals, it was really easy. It is producing well, I have a app on my phone where I can see each individual tiles performance. We did have an issue shortly after installation where one of the tiles was not performing, all I had to do was call and let them know and they validated that they were seeing the same thing on their end and sent a team out to fix the situation and it's all good. I don't have to do anything and I'm able to track it all on my phone.

I didn't really do anything, they took care of everything so I really don't have to worry about anything. The people came out and put the panels on and then week or so late they came and put the power box on. I'm not sure how long after that, but they got it all validated and I was able to turn it on. It looks nice it. It was installed properly so it doesn't stick out. The sales reps were open and honest and I felt what they're telling me was true .

The individual that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and was able to articulate the savings and the best plan. The only thing that might have been better would be a little more instruction on how it actually it works. I had a little bit of confusion there, but otherwise it went very well. It's worked without any issues or glitches and looks, looks good. It has an expensive battery source.

The panels thye use are the number one rated panels. They seem to be open and transparent and knowledgeable around solar. They've been really responsive to questions and following up. It's been pretty smooth, they notified by email each step along the entire process. On installation today we were well aware of when they were going to be here, and the amount of time that they expected to be here. The only thing I think that was challenging was that they had to come back and make adjustments so our system wasn't operating at full capacity until probably like a month and a half two months later.

They had good customer service. It hasn't broken yet. Everything seems fine so far. It went very quickly, actually surprisingly quickly. And very smooth. They were very responsive and answered all of our questions and basically didn't leave anything hanging with a question.

They got the system installed everything seem OK. I needed clarification how to interpreter the energy produce by the solar panel vs what I use from the Grid. I ask Own Energy and they took a few days to get back to me with the answer that was my only hiccup. They might want to have a session on their site for FAQ for customer. Their installation pass the county and electrical company inspection with green light. The Company is no longer in business as of 2025. So, I am stuck with a solar panel and no support. If something goes wrong with the system I am on my own. The investment was not worth the risk.

They install the solar panel system within the time frame they gave me. My only hiccup was after my first bill. I need to know how the eletrical company process the panel production vs what I use from the grip. Ownenergy took a while to answered that simple question. However, they are a new company and they might not have a database of customer frequently asked question(FAQ)
