Post solar install and follow-up, especially by sales agent Okan B, was simply written as horrafic. Follow-up with most activities never took place; lie after lie about post installation training and promises to be onsite just never took place.

False advertising and lying. Electric bill still too high even when turning everything off and watch power usage. Strait garbage and very displeased and would never recommend or refer.

They got the system installed everything seem OK. I needed clarification how to interpreter the energy produce by the solar panel vs what I use from the Grid. I ask Own Energy and they took a few days to get back to me with the answer that was my only hiccup. They might want to have a session on their site for FAQ for customer. Their installation pass the county and electrical company inspection with green light. The Company is no longer in business as of 2025. So, I am stuck with a solar panel and no support. If something goes wrong with the system I am on my own. The investment was not worth the risk.

NO ENERGY SAVINGS (YET).
WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD BE SAVING MONEY ON OUR ENERGY BILLS.
