I had equipment failure on the DC convertors and it took 3 months to get it fixed. I had to beg them to fix it. It wasn't monitored as they said it would be, finally someone showed up 3 weeks after I alerted them and they didn't have a new one available .So I waited and waited and waited and finally complained again .The lack of production cost me both on my lease and electric bill. they gave me 42 dollar credit. not happy

experience with this company has not been good. They need to keep their customers informed on a monthly basis...such as: delivery charges that we pay thru our electric company to NRG.
