Service was a disaster. Getting a direct prompt answer was like pulling teeth. The sales rep was very friendly and helpful but after signing up, we never got notice of power going out, never knew how long it took to set up the panels (took 3 days), was not sure when they were done installing because they left supplies and extra panels in my garage (took almost 2.5 weeks to get it removed). The power guy to install the box was nice and quick. After everything was supposed to be done the review revealed that they put the panels on the wrong side of the roof. Also didn't help that their bank pops up on my phone as spam call. Company did finally respond to me for help and was able to get our system on and the app sent. It does work well and the app is good.
