Moxie has terrible customer service. They didn't help us at all. They were slow to respond and then, when they did, it was empty promises and no follow-up. Absolutely terrible. I would not, in any aspect of their business, recommend Moxie.

During permit process they requested 1st payment. After getting fully permitted, they went silent. After hounding them for months, they offered a refund. That was in December and its now March and we still have not been paid. No communication from them whatsoever. BEWARE! We are now with a lawyer and are considering pursuing them criminally.

Terrible company. Failed to install solar after 14 months. Lied about the delay, saying a single part was back ordered for 8-10 more months, but could not tell me what the part was, even when the local power company had multiple parts for the interconnect. Lies, Lies and More Lies.

Salesman lied about federal rebates!! Got stuck with a balloOn payment of $12,550.00 And had to refinance!! WILL NOT RECOMEND MOXIE TO A SOUL!! Installation and perfornance very good. Customer service poor at best!! I give Moxie a D- grade.
