Job well done. Preparation for length of time to complete the project would have been appreciated. After installation it still took nearly a month for final inspection. Also prepping home owners to move vehicles on day of install if they are parked in driveway would have been nice. We were instructed nobody needed to be home but vehicles needed to be moved.

If you’re going to go solar this is the company to do it with. Everything is done in house. No subcontractors. The customer service is second to none. Megan is great! Unfortunately, the monopolistic power companies with their lobbyists, keep you from actually saving any money.

The installation process was fine, they put one of the solar panels too close to my roof heating and air conditioning unit and that's going to have to move. The representatives were very friendly, courteous, and quite knowledgeable.

Everything was great. Haven't had any issues since it was installed. Install was excellent. They arrived on time. My service person was very knowledgeable and contacted me about all the updates, when the installation would happen and all of that so we could plan on getting everything in order on time.

Installation process was smooth, they worked around our work schedule, so they were actually here for two days to accommodate our work schedule. It's not hooked up to where I can actually use it yet. There's always somebody available if I needed something or have a question that could get right back to me.

The install went smooth and the panels work as promised. My only disappointment was from the sells rep. He promised 6 months of free bill coverage and I haven't seen that as of yet. I tried to reach out to him on several occasions and he doesn't reply. I'm not sure if that promotion will come later. Please reach out to me for more details.

The scheduling is terrible. The installation took longer than expected. The final inspection was scheduled for a date prior to the install and getting ahold of anyone to ask questions is nearly impossible. I am very disappointed with the whole process to this point

I would have given them 5 stars but I like them to keep working hard to earn the business. It was a slow start to hook everything up but once the permits came in all went smoothly. So far all is good with the system. I wish I could buy a system but for now it’s all good.

I was a little surprised that the installers showed up easy and were quicker than I was originally led to believe. They told me what they were going to do and they did it and the equipment works well. I am still waiting for my utility company to put in a new fuse box.

I loved how a representative kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire process! I never once questioned where we were in the process and if we were forgotten about. I would like to see us produce a bit more from the solar panels, but any question we have had have been answered promptly and we have been given great direction with who we need to talk to. All in all we are pleased!

There were only 2 and neither spoke English very well so was rater difficult to converse with them. The work they did was good and they seemed efficient but we had questions and needed to make sure they didn't turn off power without notifying us because of my oxygen. What they did was very good but someone that was fluent in English should have been on site as well. As for dealing with LGCY that leaves alot to be desired. Your office personel did not identify herself or her company when communicating with me. I actually had to ask who sent me a text. I was not notified that I was going to have 2 different deliveries so I would have time to decide where to put a 2000lb pallet so I told semi driver just to put where my husband parks. Very poor communication with LGCY.

LGCY was the company that handled all of the installation and processing for the solar. Sunnova handled the financing and contract side of things. LGCY came knocking on my door just like all other solar companies do to try and get your business. I had been researching solar for awhile, so I knew what to expect and what to look for. Salesman for LGCY was excellent, knew his stuff, took his time, answered all my questions, and followed through with everything he said he was going to do. My purchase was probably on the higher side when it comes to a 16.4 kW system, but I knew I was not going to find a better sales person who would take care of me. In addition, LGCY pays the first 6 months of your solar bill, so that was a plus. From contract signing to install was about 4 weeks. Install was frustrating because LGCY installers stepped through my ceiling while in the attic. Brand new house too, and they damaged it. LGCY did handle the repairs, but it took some time. At time of writing review I am still waiting for the system to be turned on, waiting on city inspection. Has been 3 weeks since install and no generation yet. Overall, I would recommend LGCY and Sunnova, but rating 4 stars due to the lack of carefulness from the install crew.

The crew needs a trencher or rent a trencher. The poor crew hand dug the long trench from the barn to my house. It took all day and none of the solar part got done that day. If it wouldn’t have rain right before they came it probably would’ve taken them two days. I felt so sorry for them. Surely a small trencher or rent would have been cheaper than paying 4 guys to hand dig a trench. The crew was friendly but spoke very little English but we managed to communicate.

Panels were installed within 3 weeks of the in home visit. Peyton was informative and answered all of our questions. He is responsive and kept in touch throughout the whole process. The time it took to have the panels actually connected and turned on was a bit daunting, but I understand shipping delays played a big part in that. Other than the 3 month delay to connect to the city, the process was great!

May 11th was installation day but then here it is June 13th and I am still not connected to the power grid. So I have solar panels up and yet still paying full price to SRP.

Legacy Power made the whole process of getting solar panels installed very easy and seamless. I would recommend them if you’re looking into panels for your house. One little hiccup with the install contractor who damaged some of the bricks on the side of my house, it was a slight headache to get them back out here. But eventually the issue was resolved and they were repaired.
