Panels installed after about 4 months, needed main panel upgrade and staffing issues everywhere (not the company's fault). System installed but has yet to turn on. Have had service ticket in for about 2 weeks. Received an e-mail from service, but no solution, no calls. Supposed to have 13 months before paying financing, but I am 4 months in to my 13 months (according to the bank used) and I still can't use my panels. I am patient and I understand the staffing issues facing everyone right now. So I give 4 stars with the hope that these issues will be resolved. I would've waited to give a review, but I have had 5 emails asking me to rate Fluent even though my system isn't functioning yet.

The system seems to be functioning as promised. The installation was done in a timely fashion. Coordinating the installation and inspections was slow with poor communication. The wiring had to be corrected upon inspection. After all being said staff was friendly and helpful. I think they were overwhelmed with the amount of work. I believe the product sales itself so everyone was very busy.

Everything went Great from start to finish just took a long time to compete. Do not know if electric company were draging the feet or Fluent was to busy but up and running great now. Happy with the prodution . Four star because of time to get up and running.

The sale and processing for the solar installation was great. The actual scheduling and permit process and communication lacked throughout the process. Overall, a pretty good company.
