I had a tremendous experience with Fidelity Home Energy. Their salesperson, Brian C, explained the company, what they would do, when it would be done and how much it would cost. Everything he said would happen, did happen. All company people I came in contact with were professional, answered my questions, explained what was next and were polite and courteous. I am more than satisfied with the equipment installed. The installers were efficient and the walk through was explained so that even I understand the system, what to do if something goes wrong, how to track usage and more. In every respect, I am totally satisfied with Fidelity Home Energy.

We had Solar system installed by Fidelity Home Energy July 19th and operational August 8th. My wife and I were very pleased with our positive experience with Fidelity Home Energy. From the first time we sat down with the reps John and Firas, complete installation by Design and Isaac, and PG&E approval or Permission to Operate, the whole process went on smoothly. In fact, after the City's inspection and approval,, Isaac painted the wire tubes to match the house paint. We had 11 panels installed that is suppose to generate enough or little bit more kWh to cover our daily usage. For my own curiosity, I read the meter and noted the kWh used Aug 8th and the reading for today, Aug 29th while my wife is washing clothes and using the electric dryer. Without any changes on our routine use of electricity, the meter showed 114 kWh less. (from 42112 Aug. 8 to 41998 Aug. 29). In my opinion, I dealt with a reputable company and I highly recommend Fidelity Home Energy.

I am a journalist that covers renewable energy technology and after many years decided to take the plunge into solar. After four years of research I finally decided to go with Fidelity Home Energy. I was completely convinced that what they were promising was complete crap because it did not match my research, but they said the right things. It's not a lease but a purchase (1 star); a 25 year warranty (1 star), that got converted to the life of the house as I own it (0.5 star, since the house is in a trust for the kids it's going to be more than 25 years); guaranteed level of power (1 star); full financing (1 star); American made high efficiency panels (0.5 star); fast installation (one star). They met all my requirements and we got it up and approved within a week. But since then the panels have delivered almost twice the amount of energy promised to the point that I can consider buying an EV since I am making enough power for my home and a car. This was the best solar deal I've ever seen.

I have had my solar system for 2 years now and am very happy with the system I bought from Fidelity Home Energy. I have the 10 panel system with German panels with the 20 year warranty and per panel monitoring . The 3 months between purchase and installation was due to permitting. Installation was fast and correct and easily passed my electrical providers final inspection . I think I was a pest to the customer service people as I was really trying to be on top of everything, but that's all good

We live in Hayward, Ca. We had 21 panels installed by Fidelity Home Energy. Our PG&E bills went from $250 to $300 down $63.00. They are professional provide excellent service all around from Gene to installer's like Juan. I HIGHLY recommend Fidelity Home Energy.

They were very fast at getting the design permitted and installed. They are a little short on customer service (about a 4.5). I give them a 4.5 on communication as well. They did not present their design to us for review. They just rammed it through. Consequently we have these ugly boxes in front of our house.

I had a large home system installed in 2015. It has been under producing from day one. I filed a complaint with the CSLB in 2016 and there have been 5 inspections regarding code violations, under production, and roof damage. The CSLB inspectors alone found $85,000 repairs required for a $95,000 system. The case is set for arbitration in San Diego Aug 2018. I have spent literally hundreds of hours back and forth with Fidelity, and eventually with the CSLB and attorneys and expert witnesses. This has been my experience.

I wish to God I had used another company. I had an installer break a support joist in my attic then step through the ceiling into my master bath. it took close to 2 weeks before I was able to use my shower. Repair was just an average job AND left me to prime and paint. They had also installed system improperly and was not generating power for the first 9 months . I can't wait to discover the next problem. There customer service is a joke. There is more I could write but will refrain. Beware.

What my salesperson told me was far from the truth. No follow up . Did not ever return calls or emails. All phone numbers, and contacts no longer can be reached. Purchased forty-two panels and still pay over $360.00 a month.

Beware, beware, beware of this company. Fraudulent sales people, liers, and discriminators. Poor installation, used parts, no follow-up service. Lost a lawsuit that stated not working with middle eastern, Indian and other minorities. Had to move out of Alameda County because of this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Contract says will provide 33% of power. It only gives me less than 1%. In December 2015 they promised to respond by end of month. They did not. I have left phone messages every month since then and have NEVER received a return call!!! It is now March, 2018!!!

OMG, how do I contact this company? Pushy salesperson swindled me into buying these panels. They haven't been working for a year and I can't reach them on any contact that is on the web.
