INSTALLATION TOOK 9 .ONTHS TO INSTALL. I WAS PROMISED, WOULD REDUCE MY ELECTRIC BILL BY 2/3 rd, NOT! ONLY REDUCED ELECTRIC BILL BY 28% !! DAMAGES TO EXTERIOR STUCCO OF GARAGE , AND SECTIONS OF DRYWALL ON INSIDE WALL OF GARAGE, CUT OUT, NEVER REPLACED, NOR REPAIRED. EXTERIOR CABLE AND INTERNET METAL COVER PLATE TAKEN, TO ALLEGEDLY MATCH EXTERIOR PAINT COLOR,NEVER WAS RETURNED !!

Sunnova lied to me a lot...even on the batteries I bought two based on the engineer guy they sent to measure my power need...he recommend that I buy two batteries and I did but guess what my family and I slept in the darkness during the hurricane because non of the batteries work...I've decided to go back to the grid power because of the lies...

Warranties
Both Sunrun and Sunnova offer a 25-year product warranty.However, it is important to note that Sunrun provides a 10-year warranty for products that are purchased, and a 25-year warranty for products that are leased.
Battery Storage
Sunrun uses a solar battery, Brightbox, which can either be purchased or leased.
