They jacked my monthly payment up by $70.00 with absolutely no warning. Then when I called they said I was supposed to come up with 20% of the $70,000 solar loan within 18 months instead of gradually paying them the solar tax credit every year for 20 years like Gabriel at Coronado Solar stated, which too was a lie. They then tell me, "Well it's your tax return!" like I was neglectful in putting that extra money towards the balance which I did and yet they still raised the rate! I am not a man of money, nor did I think I'd have to take a HELOC out to pay these thieves $20K+ to keep my monthly rate at $245 instead of $325. These are very hard times financially and this is meant to financially break me so that they can try and take my property as they have a lien on it. Absolutely terrible company with terrible ethics and absolutely no care for their customers, heck humans in general as they try to bilk every single person on their way down to the bottom of the sea in their sinking ship very much ablaze with tons of customer complaints. I think they bought off the BBB as they have a B+ with them which is impossible given the one star customer satisfaction. They're even bringing those few organizations who are supposed to protect the consumer, for shame!!!
