We contacted five different solar companies to obtain information and costs in preparation for adding solar power to our home. We quickly narrowed the competitors to two and after many back and forth emails with a multitude of inquiries we decided Solup was by far the best company for our needs. The sales consultant was very professional answering questions timely and fully. All aspects of the solar installation process were answered extremely well. We were kept updated on the full timetable for installation and the inspection process. The office staff were excellent throughout the process. The bird fence was explained to me it was part of the solar installation and no extra charge by the salesman. Then when I signed the document it was sold to me it will be removed, but never was and I'm left with financing over $1k for bird guard. Also, within the first year my roof leaked when it rains for the first time after the installation. I called because it was under warranty I was told it wasn't because it wasn't leaking from where they install the solar, but they were walking back and forth in that area which caused it to leak - where is the 10 year warranty they offered? I had to paid out of pocket to fix the leak. The Solargard digital bix was replaced within a year and wasnt the one I had with the nice digital readings. It is now just a plain white box on the wall. Disappointed with the company and their warranty.

They don’t subcontract or outsource their sales. It looks like it is quality equipment but I am not an expert. They projected that installation would take three days and it was competed in time.

Customer service is great. They fix all my problems. The waiting period for installation was quite long, but it was okay. My inverters broke in a year. They take advantage of rebates by saying they'll help you, but the rebate actually goes back to them.
