Typically we have only have a fifteen dollar bill every month. They were honest and explained the whole situation and made sure they did it correctly. My calls are always returned. The best receptionist would try to solve my problem and it that didn’t work, the president of the company would call me.

Talked to ten different companies before I bought this and looked especially at their solar panel’s performance and their warranties and Panasonic came up as number one. They are the best program and they are local and have nice customer service. They had it all installed in a week. It was done correctly and as they advertised.

From what I understand they use good Panasonic panels and a good invertor. The installation process was very smooth. It looks very well done. All the support staff is very helpful and professional. We had a very good experience. My neighbors were also impressed with them when they went with them on our recommendation.

After these years it is still performing well. There have been no issues or interruptions. We did have a problem with pigeons under the solar panels a couple of years after they installed it so they didn’t take any responsibility helping us with that issue. Still I think they are very trustworthy.

A module had failed and customer support called me to tell me they were coming out to replace it under the warranty. The remote monitoring was one the reasons I bought it. They were able to tell me about a problem with out me knowing about it. It has been trouble free.

Most the time if there is an issue, customer service responds in a certain amount of time. We have had the panels for six years and we’ve had no other problems other than rebooting the inside router. We are very happy with the amount we spent on it.

The employees I've called for about questions have good communication skills. The installation was a one day process and there weren't many issues. They use industry standard inverters, but the consumer gets to choose the type and quality of panels.

Great sales people and installation was smooth and I was satisfied. That said, if you need ANY post installation help, this is NOT the company for you! I have an issue to be handled and have spoken their "customer service rep" three times over the past two weeks. Every time they forward me to a new department with only voice mail, I have left three messages, and have had exactly ) returned calls. I called back and insisted on talking to a human beings and apparently that's "not possible". I personally believe service AFTER the sale is as important as the sale itself. Apparently SolUp has another business model, and I am NOT a fan! My advice, select another company (there are MANY) that will provide you the service and support you deserve after spending tens of thousands of dollars.

Money has been taken off my bill but the money I pay for the solar panels each month is more than my electric bill was before. We don’t plan on living in our house for another thirty years which is when the panels will finally be paid for. Also originally they said they were going to replace both our thermostats but they then said they could not do it. They shouldn’t make promises they can’t keep.

I went looking for solar options after seeing my summer bill, been through 3/4 different companies with incentives that sounded so well! I ended up with Sol up through referral/ reviews/ Panasonic panels.. Process was smooth from the beginning to the end, my sales consultant was Grant L.. Came over and explained in detail.. Did not push me to buy at all.. I was already contracted with Vivint at the time and upon speaking to Grant, I immediately canceled my contract.. Reason why I canceled is because the solar panels where a lot more reasonable in pricing, Panasonic is made in Japan (Japan product) usually last longer than any others and everything is done in house.. From sales all the way to installing and QA.. Other companies whom I’ve called and got quotes from did hire third party installers which to me was a big thing when it comes to a big investment.. Sol up took care of my HOA papers, submission of Net Metering and much more… Sol up notified me that it will take at least 20 business days from submission to Power Live.. I didn’t believe them at first because my other friends who went with other companies took over 2 months.. LOL… I’m like okay Sol up could just be saying this.. But I got the results.. Email sent 10/22 for net metering submission.. NV energy came over 11/15 and gave the OK.. I quickly notified my friends that their guys messed up lol.. Thank you Sol up and Grant/ Autum/Sunny/Victoria/Monica/Lauren and I might be forgetting someone lol
