The other two companies trying to sell me solar panels were too expensive and their panels were too big for my house. The salesman was very attentive and punctual. He spelled everything out for me. They were early for the installation and it took one Monday to install the whole system.

I think maybe a little bit of communication between the power company and Momentum Solar status could be a little bit better. The quality of the product and the pricing and how fast the installation would take was why we choose it. All my questions are answered pretty promptly with satisfactory answers. I don't have any problems with the product.

I haven't yet received my first electrical bill but so far it seems to be working pretty good the equipment is quality. It was a really simple process, they showed up at the time they said they were going to show up and certified everything on time. They have a great customer service answer all my questions and were always on time.

I like fact that I'm able to track the generation per day if I want to. We had a couple of issues with the install but I think it's one of my city's problem. They kept me informed with answers to my questions when I inquired. The installation was very smooth and efficient, cleaned, orderly, no problems at all

It took more than a half a year to operate after the installation. I requested to put the panels even for the look, but it was not, so I asked somebody to come two dummies. It took the longest time to install. The person who came left without telling me because it might rain. The sales person promised me to operate before summer, but it did not happen until the end of October. Lots of issues with Con Edison but Momentum did not help me at all. The customer service was often rude. I wanted to receive the info by email, but they just kept on calling without answering machine message except to tell me to call back, but I work every day and I can't call back during the day.

The people that put the new roof on were a little sloppy but the people that put the actual solar panels on were great. I'm not getting as much power as I'm used to. I don't know how they figured out how many panels I would need because it looks like I would need more. I didn't realize that I was going to get a bill for sixty six dollars every month which kind of negates any savings I am making from the electric company.

Every time someone calls from customer service, everyone's really nice and is really quick to get you an answer and to help you out. The installation crew worked really hard and it went very smoothly. Any question that was asked, they answered it. It looks really nice the way they installed it.

The service was spectacular. We were given instructions and updates in terms of when the project was going to be completed and everything went well according to schedule. They've been consistent. Even when I was approved right away, they kept in touch with me, even when I didn't keep in touch with them. The installation process was fairly easy. They just came and put it up. They went on the roof so they didn't come through the house and the boxes are there, so it was fine.

I gave momentum solar 5 stars because their customer service was very knowledgeable and consistent. I have not had a problem with my billing since I've had momentum back in October 2017. I have it taken out automatically every month which is a pleasure. Their guarantee warranty is great. I recommend Momentum Solar.

Momentum Solar was very excited to get our installation done and we had given them two recommendations or referrals in the neighborhood and they were very anxious to get moving so they actually installed our system before getting final approval and our local energy company would not approve the installation so unfortunately after being on our roof for almost two years, they had to remove the system just this week. We never got to actually got it turned on. Despite that, the sales people were very genuine and promptly returned our phone calls

We didn't have any problems with them. They were there as they promised to be and they did what they committed to do. After the installation I found some kind of opening in between the roof where the two sides meet. We have reduced the amount of bills that we're paying each month.

I like that it's a lease program and I don't have to buy the panels outright. Their panels are upgraded, efficient, and low profile. You can barely tell that you have solar on your home. They were very responsive to any problems I had and just had very good customer service.

I thought the customer support was good. We had issues with the day of our installation and we've had multiple problems since with trying to get people on the same page. Every time we call back no one seems to understand what happened last time, you get turned around with different people. But, everybody's friendly when they pick up the phone. They came to the house and I asked them to knock because my wife was resting, and they just barged in and my wife felt very exposed. Without our permission, the guys used our bathroom and clogged it. They also left metal filings, wires, and things like that around the grounds afterwards. So, the installation process is a bad experience. I haven't had any problems with the equipment, it's working well.

Attempted to schedule an appt with Momentum but was refused because my husband was not available for the appt. This is 2024!!! Requiring my husband to be present for an informational meeting is not only sexist but insulting to my intelligence. If this was the initial encounter I can only imagine how difficult the rest of the process would be with this company having to deal with a woman asking questions and requiring answers. Pass on principle alone!

We give them zero stars. Rep showed up at our door, after about 30 minutes we agreed to an appointment the following day at 11:00am. My wife and I waited and waited for over an hour. No one showed up, no call nothing. We called them and they told us the appointment was canceled because of an existing discount. Very rude, no wonder they are not certified.

Very quick to go from locking in sale to install, post-install support was a bit lacking; was given self-activation instructions but upon questions to the individual who provided the instructions got no follow-up email and had to result to searching around for support.

Overall the salesperson did a great job explaining the program, but the actual installation scheduling was a bit convoluted. Ultimately, we are seeing a large savings in our electric bill, which is great, but the app provided doesn't show the intraction between how much we generate and how much we use from the our electric utility provider.

Momentum seems to be lacking in "service after the sale". It's difficult to get a hold of some to speak to about my concerns. I'm beginning to wonder if if my solar panels are going to produce enough energy to offset the consumption of power. I often use 25 - 30 kWh in a day, but the panels (so far) barely produce 18 kWh.
