They did a good job once they got started, other than the fence around the arraybut getting them to start, the loan and the tax credit was fuzzy

We have reached out several times since you left this review and haven't been able to get a hold of you. We do agree that the fence could use some work and would like to discuss this with you if you are available. I'm sorry if you weren't informed that a ground mount would take longer. We cannot install those in the winter months, as the ground is usually frozen, and you should have been made aware of this. If you still have questions about your loan and tax credit please contact your salesperson, as we only handled the installation on your project. If you have any questions or concerns or would like us to correct the fence, please reach out to us.
