Cannot contact customer service and I still have an extremely high power bill

We are sorry you are unhappy with your results. We pride ourselves in customer service and are sure to follow up if we happen to miss a call. We have reached out to try to discuss these issues with you, but are unable to get in touch with you. When we receive a contract from a third-party sales company, we install what was agreed to in the contract, which most salesmen are careful to calculate as close as they can. Unfortunately, we, the installation company in this situation, aren't given any information to go on to discuss the amount of solar we install or how it might affect your power bills. If your production isn't what you were promised, I would suggest reaching out to your salesperson. If you have any questions about your system or how it is performing, please contact our office at (208)278-6064.
