The initial walk through for the project was well done, timely quote and decent communication. Instillation was lacking knowledge, had issues installing and trouble shooting aspect of the electrical system. Little to no follow up when the job was finished and no walk through on how to use the new controller, installer just left the manufacture manual and was gone.

The install was great, they are experienced and it went very smoothly. We have one panel that has become intermittent in operation on a system that is less than a year old. Atlasta's customer service on getting this resolved has been slow.

The solar panels and system work great. Our auxiliary electric box and sprinkler box (rainbird) are still hanging from the installation. Never came back to remount them. Stone wall pieces never reinstalled. Exposed inner wall.

The installation process went well but timeliness was a real concern. The on board that comes with it is not working. Even before that, it would go out quite often and it was hard to get it to come back on. They just need to do stuff more on-time and when they say they're going to.

I think they need to get better at communicating the consumer expectations and how long it takes in the process of coordinating with the Electric Company. Its a little pricey. I had no issues with the installation.
