Revised! After posting my frustrations with the communication process I received a phone call from the owner. He was extremely concerned and offered to resolve the issues himself. This is excellent leadership and customer service on his part. I hope he can resolve future concerns and difficulties in reaching a human voice and response to inquires. Terrible communications. No one ever answers the phone or emails. Been terribly frustrating trying to get anyone. Message claims a 24 hour response but it was over a week and no replies to emails for a week.

I first met with Teddy about three years ago and he contacted me this last spring to just check in and see if I was still interested in doing solar. We set up an appointment and I had such a good feeling when we met that I knew it was the time, and that Atlasta had the people I wanted to do business with. When I met with Teddy, he went over in great detail how the system could be installed without any major expense on my part. He was clear in his communication with the timeline, and all the steps involved, and the various entities involved. I received emails from Atlasta with all the information that Teddy shared in person, along with other emails from Xcel and Palmetto (they actually own, install and maintain the panels). For me it was a no-brainer. The project has followed the timeline they told me it would, they have been in constant communication with me, the workers that came out to install were generous with their time in answering questions, and very respectful of me and my property. I can't recommend these guys enough! Go Atlasta - and help us all move to clean and cost efficient energy!
