Stride Pest Control is lacking a lot of important information on their website. We would like to see more information regarding a money-back guarantee, if their services are eco-friendly, and if they offer liability insurance. This lack of information makes it difficult for our team to rank their services effectively, and can also make it difficult for customers to choose a company that best fits their needs. If a customer is a pet owner, they may find a company that is more transparent about how eco-friendly their services are. Our team believes that customers should be provided as much information as possible so that they can make informed decisions. We feel that Stride does not do enough to inform their customers.

One-Time Services

Stride Pest Control does not offer one time services; they only provide year-round services. These services help to prevent pests throughout the year. While the year-round service is excellent, we feel that it would be beneficial to customers if Stride offered one time services as well. Some situations only require a one time service. To have to pay for a year-round service for a one-time problem is not cost effective. Other companies in the industry offer these one time services, and we think that Stride should do the same.

Stride is only available in the greater Austin, Texas area. This tiny service area significantly limits the customers who can use their services. Most companies in the industry are available in several states. We would like to see Stride expand their service area.
