The actual service is good I guess. I still had bugs. But the workers were really nice and polite. But I was kinda tricked at the start. The salesman told me it was a 12 month contract. And when I called to cancel at 12 months they said it’s an 18 month contract. And the guy I was talking to was polite but politely told me he wasn’t going to help me at all. But in my case RIDD didn’t come to my house for several months. And in the same contract they were suppose to arrive bi-monthly and failed to do so. I cancelled due to a breach of contract on RIDDs part. I wouldn’t recommend. Friends told me they were paying way less for pest control services. And all they do is spray stuff around windows and doors and clean Cobb webs. I don’t know what I expected but it wasn’t just simple tasks like that.

Not thrilled with this company, they give a good speech but don't follow through with promises. I have had 2 services rescheduled with interestingly enough, the reason being a personal emergency. The first time I felt for the individual and hoped all was OK, but then getting a second one with the same reason leaves me to think that this is the excuse the company uses. Not very ethical to lie to your customers. In addition, I've had to do retreats and that is a hassle to get someone back out here. I will not be continuing my service with Ridd.

Never met the technician, I never know when they come, my money just keeps getting drawn from my account and even know I've had a couple different conversations with customer service, they dates off when the come are not communicated and are sporadic at best. They have treated the inside one time out of the 2 years I've had them because of the lack of communication. Thank you for this text review, it reminded me to cancel service asap

you cannot seem to get rid of the fire ants in my driveway. they never go away. I am HIGHLY allergic, with anaphylaxis reaction. I have informed your office and every tech to be sure. and every time within 2 days they are back. my previous company ALWAYS got rid of them. I wanted to cancel the contract do to you not providing the services promised. I was treated rudely. I will not be renewing my contract

I think the price is way too much considering I have constant schedule and technician issues, constant pests even tho I am being treated on a monthly basis. I now have ants coming inside my house making themselves right at home in drones. I finally was able to reach customer service to schedule a visit. Just really poor since I started ~1 year ago

For the first service, the service was fine. They came out, cleaned out the wasp nest from my soffit and spider webs and cocoons from inside my pool enclosure, and did a good job. After that, the service became bare minimum and I ended up with a wasp nest on my soffit for 4 months and they didn't come to my house for two months saying the service appointment was canceled even though I never talked to them. On top of that, THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE 2 MONTHS THEY DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP. What's more, there is a $199 cancelation fee they don't tell you about upfront (They tell you it's in the contract when you try to cancel) that discourages you from canceling even though they are providing mediocre service.

I had been using them for a short time when I had a problem with rats in the attic. They said they would come out & set traps outdoors but not indoors.
