They have been charging me $125 a week without even coming inside to check if my apartment is prepared for the last 4 weeks. Last week I had my mom stay over since I knew they would come on Tuesday. When he knocked my mom opened the door and said, “isn’t it illegal to be charging for services you haven’t done?” The idiot said he hadn’t been coming cause his key didn’t work. My mom said we haven’t changed the locks so try your key, he did and it worked. He apologized and said he would be back next week which is today. My mom said she can leave so he can spray and he declined, and said I wouldn’t be charged for that week and he’d come back today. I was charged for last week, and the 4 weeks before $125 a week which is ridiculous to charge a week on top of rent which is $1446. I have called multiple times and left voicemails. I saw the pest control guy at my neighbors when I got off work and ask him why I was still charged for last week when he said he wouldn’t charge. He was very rude and as he walked away he said to take it up with the office. I have video footage of them not coming the previous 4 weeks when I was being charged.

This company should not even exist. They are a nighmare!!! Don't sign up with them. I signed up for annual service and paid $499 in Feb 2023. They did not show up for their first appointment and when I called they said they would have someone out the next day. I get a call froma local pest control CO which means they gave my information out without my knowledge. He did a great job. When I tried to cancel my service they said I would have to pay a penalty which was not what I was told. In July they charged by credit card $299 2X in one day. When I called them I got a message that I was no longer a customer and the phone hung up. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they never received a response. My credit card company deducted the payments but was never able to get a response from them either. I can't get them by email or phone so unfortunately I am out $499

I am having the same experience as many others. I signed up for one year of service in Feb 2023 just to try it out. I did not like the idea of contracting out randos every time I needed something, but the "pay one price" and securing service for a year was attractive to me. Initially it was a good experience - the company that they contracted out was amazing, but they have nothing to do with Rapid Pest Control, and my technician explained that they hate Rapid Pest Control because they never get paid on time. The tech then offered me a better deal once my year runs out (he rocks). I have been trying to call Rapid about having someone come back out to spray because it has been raining a lot and we are having some bug issues again (my home is near a very wooded area). In addition to trying to schedule having my home re-serviced (which is guaranteed by this company) I received two back to back charges for $299 last week. I paid in full back in February.... So I have already disputed the two charges, and I have disputed the original charge (over $600) because their phone service says my account is inactive - there has been no verbal or written communication by me requesting to terminate the service (if you terminate early you will be charged about $250). And in any case, the company is not taking calls, has not communicated over email aside from the initial invoice (which I sent a copy to my credit card company to help them investigate, along with their disclaimers for cancelling, etc).

They deserve a minus 5 rating. I called and talked to a guy named Eric L, got a quote from him. I did some research and decided this company was not trustworthy. I called Eric back several times, left multiple messages, and emailed him a few times to say I didn’t need their service. I didn’t get any response from Eric. And of course no one called me and scheduled any service. I went with a different company. Then a month later, when I checked my credit card’s statement, there were 3 charges they put on my card: first one $1325, then 5 days later $299, then 5 days later $199. I immediately emailed Eric and asked what the heck was happening. The email was not working anymore (mail delivery failure- address not found) If this company is not a fraud, I don’t know what is. I filed a dispute with the credit card for 3 big charges of non- existent services. Do not do anything with this fraud company!!!

This might be the worst run business I have ever dealt with. I filled out the initial quote form online and got an immediate response. A nice gentleman called me and we set up my services and set an initial appointment for a few days later. Got a confirmation email and it said the technician would call an hour ahead of time to let me know they were coming. I called out of work that day because they could have come at anytime and wanted to be home for it. Nobody ever called. I didn't think anything of it because the email also had a backup appointment day scheduled for the same thing the following Friday. Again, nobody ever called. Since that day, about 6 weeks now, I've called multiple times a week and told the nice customer service people what was going on and they always said that somebody would call me back ASAP. With the 10+ times I've called and heard this exact line I've yet to revive a call about getting my home serviced. Absolutely ridiculous and I want my money back.

This company has been nothing but problems since I started doing business or trying to do business with them. The first treatment was ok but the follow up was cancelled by the pest control company they subcontracted to because they hadn't paid them for the first visit. I get that straight and get the second treatment done so we could put our house back in order and now i have charges showing up on my credit card bill with no explanation of what they are. I paid for a years service so there shouldn't be any more charges. I have tried for 2 days to contact them and have to keep leaving messages with there service with a promise they will return my call by the end of the day. Well end of day has come and gone twice and no return call. This outfit shouldnt be allowed to be in business.

Purchased a year plan to get rid of ants and other pests. Initially set up a time with exterminator who cancelled and did not reschedule. Took hours to get ahold of Rapid Pest control and could only get through via email as no one would answer the customer service line. Had to threaten to cancel to get a response. Exterminator came out and sprayed but the ant problem remained. Called and emailed again and ran into the exact same issue. A second exterminator though a different coma y came out but still the ants just moved to another part of the house. Contacted Rapid a third time and requested a refund. I could not get any customer support this time so I disputed the charges with my credit card company and received my refund. Do not let the BBB advertisement fool you this is a very poorly run company.

Signed for one year at $550. A local subcontracted company arrived on time and did a very good job of treating our condo. He did say that a second treatment might be necessary. If so, call Rapid Pest Control and they would follow through — it might not be him that gets the job but another local company might show up. Ants were greatly reduced but we needed that second treatment. After several email requests to Rapid Pest Control home office in Florida along with phone calls that were not returned, I contacted the local company that had made the initial visit. They told me they never got paid for the job — that it was a scam. I called my credit card company to stop payment but it had already be processed. They put in a dispute claim to try for a refund. Rapid Pest Control finally sent me an email telling me they cancelled our contract. I’m out $550 for one visit of a one year contract. The local guy that did the job is out the fee he was to be paid. Based on my experience, my advice would be: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE !

Received a call back after text message request. Was very detailed with information and I received my confirmation of contact while on the phone with a scheduled appointment due the week. Bye bye bugs Update..I have been scammed. I got the scheduled confirmation email. No one came out. This company has charged my account 6 different times. 199.99 2x and 299.99 2x with 2 other fees. I never received service. I have called several times and these answering service people say they will forward a message. I had to have my card cancelled and bank is now working on several dispures. DO NOT USE THEM.IT IS A SCAM.our. it seems all the reviews came around the same time as mine about 3 weeks or more.

RIP OFF! I signed with them December of 2022. For 1 year service quarterly. Paid upfront. Sent a technician out one time in January. The company did not pay him. So therefore he will not honor the contract. I've called numerous times no one answers or returns phone calls or emails. I filed with the BBB and was unsuccessful resolving the issue. They danced around my complaints. Not sure where to go from here. I'm going to file in small claims court. Which means a trip to Florida thats not so bad living in Illinois. Lol But for the amount I paid and consider airfare and filing fees that in itself would equal what I'd be suing for. Of course I will include all of that in the lawsuit. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

My experience? Beyond aggravating and unprofessional customer service—or lack thereof. However, they are excellent at taking money upfront, no follow-through with their affiliates, and avoiding phone calls after the fact that NO SERVICE TECHNICIAN SHOWED UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT. I lost an entire day waiting for service, then more time wasted over the next two days and five phone calls later, either to be on lengthy holds and get the runaround or repeatedly dropped into voicemail. (Do NOT expect a return call.) I’ve even had my call disconnected, and—get this—dropped into an automated loop to request home or auto insurance. WTF?!? This company deserves a ZERO star rating. And their 100% satisfaction guarantee? Not going to happily happen on my watch. But I’m 100% satisfied Rapid Pest Control is a successful rip-off organization and have filed a charge dispute with the credit card company to help resolve this $1,649 issue. Do not remotely consider doing business with Rapid Pest unless you are game for a shoddy experience. Based on mine alone and the time I’ve taken to write this review, it’s best to consider yourself forewarned. Do yourself a favor—call your local exterminator company directly and get on with your day.

O stars would be more appropriate. RAPID PEST/ CANCEL SERVICE. NO ONE SHOWED UP YESTERDAY. WHY WOULD I BE INTERESTED IN AN EMAIL TODAY THAT SOMEONE WILL CONTACT ME AT SOME POINT TO MAKE A FUTURE APPT. I WAITED THE ENTIRE DAY AND EVENING YESTERDAY FOR A SCHEDULED APPT, YESTERDAY. FIRST I WAS TOLD 9-11A BY THE SALESPERSON, THEN ANYTIME THAT DAY BY SCHEDULING. NO ONE CAME. SCHEDULING TOLD ME TWICE I WAS SCHEDULED AND SOMEONE WOULD ARRIVE, YESTERDAY, AS DID YOUR SALESPERSON, TWICE, ALL YESTERDAY. SERVICE MISREPRESENTED. CANCEL VISA CHARGE. I HAVE NO USE FOR YOUR SERVICE. YOUR PRICES ARE SUBSTANTIALLY MORE THAN MANY, LESS THAN SOME. YOUR "SERVICE" GETS AN "F". I WOULD ADVISE FOR EVERYONE TO GO ELSEWHERE. Per Tom and Alex, Rapid Pest likely will not cancel my contract, even though they have lied, more than once. And did not show. I am using a new reliable pest company. BEWARE!

Worst service I have ever gotten. When I called to get the service. I requested for it to be done while I was at work due the technician and I couldn't be available at the same time. I advised that I wanted them to email me instead of calling me and my front door will be unlocked(all day) while I was at work. Tom offered an annually service of over $700. I refused and just wanted a 1 time service. Tom quoted me for a one time service to be $269.75. I paid it 3 days before the technician even arrived. the day Rapid Pest was to come to my house they didn't. but Rapid Pest Technician claimed they tried to call me and left a voicemail. but I don't have voicemail set up. they had to use a 3rd party pest control company(Allstate Termite and Pest Solutions) due to the fact that the Rapid Pest Technician couldn't come by due to it being too late(5:00pm). Then 40 days later I get an email where Rapid Pest tried to take another payment of $269.75. but i called my bank and put a stop to that. Then I got a bill from Allstate Termite and Pest Solutions for $164.63 that was mailed to their address in fort smith. Rapid Pest turned around and put a sticker with my name and address on that bill.

Don’t waste you time and money signed I for the year full package they contracted it out and didn’t even tell the contractor what package I had they only sprayed 1 room in my house they stayed if I seen anything after they spayed they would sent somebody right back out but they won’t they won’t return your calls or emails, when you call them they state they have to have somebody call you back but they don’t call you, just a big rip off

I would give a no star review but that's not an option. They charged me up front then continued to try to charge my account while not providing services. When confronted they refused to return my calls and blocked my number. thankfully my bank found them to be fraudulent, returned my money, and blacklisted them from other customers.

The job was done by a private individual they contracted out to. The company charged a full upfront price of $1,700+. A couple months later they charged my account $199 twice for no apparent reason. They wouldn’t transfer me directly to billing and only took messages. The actual individual that did the extermination was great.

Don't use this company! Worst service ever. The tech they sent out was in and out in two minutes. They will make you wait 10 days before sending a tech out again as your problem escalates. I called them numerous times, and they never returned my calls. I finally called Clark , and they resolved the issue.
