I reached out to Home Paramount Pest Control when shopping around for a pest control company. I liked that they had good customer service, openings in their schedule, and a willingness to help with my rodent issue. I ended up contracting with another company due to the high cost of service and distance from my home.

We love our normal pest guy with them. Finds he really cares about his customers. he is a third party to HPP. Company and direct employees not really that much. i find them more and more rude. especially there finance department. If it wasn't for our pest control guy it would be about a 2.

I was about to renew my contract until I found out it was about double what I paid prior year. I ended up cancelling but they still showed up without me confirming and sent me a bill. Anyway, I’m not sure the work they did was really beneficial. I still had to buy my own ant baits every now and then.
