I have been a customer of Insight Pest Control for 5-6 years and have been satisfied with their service. They are very professional and have a customer friendly attitude during every treatment. I get an email reminding me of my service appointment with an opportunity to change my date if I want to be present. When the technician shows up he comes to the front door to let me know he is present and ask me if I have any problems/concerns that he needs to be aware of for added treatment. Then the technician will let me know when he has completed my service.

A terrible company---'RIPOFFS----took advantage of my 95yr old mother,told her lies on cost and services,no paper work supplied to her to verify anything-charged her $250 to cancel services,yet said there was no contract----avoid these scum buckets at all cost -should be jailed ,big SCAM of a lousy worthless company ,,,,,,their so called insect treatments are worthless too,made no difference at all .

I really appreciate it when businesses get back to you and get your appointment scheduled and when you are ready to get your home bug free they don't mess around with being late or not being punctual and there employees are great for helping you to understand what they are doing and why they are doing it. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to get the job done and quickly get it done.

Worst company in the whole region!!! I live in Lux Cedar Hill. There were ants in my apartment, ordered this company. They came when I myself brought out ants! And I pay for it. Then I complained that something was biting me. the agent checked it and said we will come to you soon. We will make an appointment. OK. I've been waiting for eight days. During this time, bedbugs can spread throughout the complex! Is that normal?
