Loved their service my mice were gone in less than 3 months! Very reasonably priced especially since they treat and warranty for all of the insects and rodents. Great technicians very knowledgeable and helpful. Our favourite pest control company we have tried. We’ve gone through a few and insight by far has the best service!

Terrible customer service. People came by our house that we rent at and said if we sign up we are able to cancel at any time due to renting. Once we decided to cancel then there was an 100 charge to cancel service (which we were never told about upon signing up). Once I tried to address this with customer service and told them we was not make aware of this, they said sorry nothing we can do, you have to pay it . Not willing to work with customers at all! Just terrible! Would not recommend.

I really want to thank Julio M who came out today as I am a first time customer and he was super nice and took the time to explain what he was doing as he went through the process and provided information that was very helpful and informatitve. I like to know that these chemicals are safe as I have grandkids who are here and I believe we are off to a great start!! We were told they were putting a quote together and would call us back in a day or 2. After a week, we finally reached someone and were told the job was too big for them. We wasted a week waiting on them when they could’ve just been straight with us.
