PROs: The technician I spoke with on the phone and a different one that visited my house were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. They could not identify the specific issue we were having but provided a broad-based application to kill a variety of pests. The technician was clean and very meticulous. CONs: Contracting was a little confusing. I thought I signed online to one agreement but the technician presented one on a tablet when he arrived. I did not take the time to read through the whole thing, so I am not exactly sure what term I am obligated to. They are not cheap, to the contrary, but they appear to do good work and stand behind their service. I do not like the upselling that pretends to be customer service follow-up though.

EDGE is outstanding in demonstrating care for their customers' experience; today's visit was a follow-up to pest control because traps they had put out a week ago caught rodents. They were quick to add additional traps and were good about commenting on the amount of bait that had been consumed in a short time in the bait boxes. The only thing preventing them from earning a 5-star rating was their difficulty in providing accurate estimates as to their arrival time. I was given a 4-hour window that they missed by nearly two hours; the technician did call me multiple times to alert me to delays, but I would be happier with an accurate but later time rather than the appearance of an overly optimistic arrival time.

The phone specialist was wonderful. The technician that can out was very professional and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is the hoops I will one day have to jump through to cancel service. You have to notify them in writing of your intent to cancel. Then speak with some Mangement rep. And if you’re still in the middle of a service plan and want to cancel.... you have to pay 50% of the cost for your remaining services. Hopefully I won’t have the need to cancel, but if I do.... this requirement was almost enough to deter me from doing business with them at all. We will see how things go. But the technician and the salesman on the phone were awesome. My issues are mostly home office related.

Initially they were great to talk to and informative and helpful. Then I get a follow up, I never knew the time they were coming until the technician said he was less than 30 minutes away. The guy didn’t even seem to know what I had serviced. I had to tell him what areas were sprayed. Lack of professionalism.

Last week was our 3rd visit for bedbug control. The 3rd time seems to be the charm. My recliner chair that was a big problem, seems to have no bedbugs in it. Yea! I have not had any bedbugs in my bed for a few days now. I am pleased with Trey's service last week. Very professional and polite. Eager to help also.

After calling a number of pest control companies, finally found Edge to help with my vole issue. Most other companies said they don't work re: voles. Just came the 2nd time, and refilled bait boxes. Hope they will go away! ()ther voles)

We liked their pitch and it sounded great. Like spraying under the eaves and around the yard. But not what we received and had to ask for multiple visits to really get all the bugs. It was frustrating as they promised to get all the bugs in the first couple services.

Edge offered a good service and helped get rid of my black widow problem, but I felt like they were overpriced for their services. Their customer service was good and they helped close my account ( after trying to offer me several other options to keep account open).

The technician called and arrived on time. Did the spraying and looked for ants. But in all, no one seems to be looking for the nests and the ants keep coming back within a few days. I thought by now the ants wouldn't be coming back with such force. Is there something else that can be done?

Very professional when the reps came over. However I was led to believe, by the scheduling person I spoke with on the phone, that service would start the first day. Instead the reps flagged a few areas for service to start three days later. I am hopeful that this service will eliminate my mole problem.

We used Edge for a couple years. They came when they said they would and kept the ants away. We recently changed to another service that not only treats around the house but the lawn also. Plus they are about $30 cheaper a treatment.

We have had Edge as a pest control for a few years, but during the Pandemic, I don't think their service was as valuable to us because they wouldn't come in the house to spray for spiders, etc. I also don't like that they call 20 minutes before coming because it doesn't seem like you are able to address anything directly with them because you're not home when they are.

They are very professional and always asks if there are any problems such as spiders, mice, wasps, etc. If we are unhappy or notice something they need to treat, they are usually there within 48 hours.

They're a little pricey, but honestly we don't see many spiders in the house very often since we've had Edge coming out monthly. If we do see any critters inside, Edge is really quick to come out and spray again.
