I only just had my first service them and I loved my technician, Chase. Super informative and a nice guy. However. Their sales people knocked on my door even though I have a no soliciting sign very visible on the door itself. I also just received a phone call advertising there mosquito service. I've lived in the area for years and never had a problem so when she asked when they could out me down for I declined and said I didn't need it. She then went into a very matter of fact speach about how with COVID-19 still going around that we should get their service to prevent mosquitos and the spread of the disease. I declined again, said thank you, and hung up. I am now looking for a different service because anyone who's sales script instructs them to capitalize on a pandemic and scare people into signing up for their service is rotten in my opinion. I work in the clinical provide field and am very informed. There is no proof and it highly improbable that you will get COVID-19 through mosquito bites.

The service was fine. It did seem to decrease the number of spiders in our basement (the reason we signed up for the service). However we ended up having to move with circumstances changing. The company does very little for early cancellation. The cost is 50% of the price of remaining services (in our case 2 services.) Therefore we are paying for an additional service for nothing. Abysmal customer service- I cannot recommend.

Make sure you understand they have a cancellation fee! Tried to make my case that we had been customers for over 3 years. Husband wants to do it himself. Wanted them to waive the fee or part of it. No go! They lost a return customer!

One of their sales men came to our door (with a do not solicit sign in plain view). I let him give me his prices but you had to sign up for a year commitment so we passed.

I wanted to just have one treatment at my house, but they were pushy to get me to buy a whole package. They didn't allow single treatments, so I didn't buy at all.

I didn't like the service that we received, I felt like I never noticed a difference even after they came and sprayed. They were expensive. I wouldn't recommend them.
