Don't break contract, they will charge you way too much. They will try and come back and lower your rate after overcharging for numerous services, when there are plenty of providers offering more services for less.

You cannot trust these people. They guaranteed me that they would get rid of my vol issue. Not only did they not get rid of it, it is SIGNIFICANTLY worse than it was b4 they came out. My entire front yard has been destroyed. Now I have to get a landscaper to come out and fix it. It's going to cost my thousands of dollars. And worse yet, they simply DO NOT CARE.

Do not hire this company. I signed a two-year contract with them back in 2017 for nine services. Years later they are telling me I am still under contract and there is no way to get out of it. They are rude, they will come and spray your house even when you ask them not to. They don’t keep track of their phone calls the way they should. After my name services they are telling me that my contact is renewed when I never signed for it. Beware of what you sign with this company. They will trap you. This is probably why they changed their name to a different company because so many other people complained when it was under Edge Pest Control.

Edge Pest control offers unlimited free reservice if the homeowner notices issues with pests. Edge has been servicing my house since July 2018 and in 3 years of service, which comes to around $2000, they failed to fix the basic issues with insects and rodents. When I called them for reservice, the reservice was futile. All the attempts to work with the service provider to fix the problem has failed. Last time Edge serviced my house was on Sep 23 2021 and their service agent did not treated the inside of the house at all. They did not properly took care of outside of the house and told me that the December service is the most important and that I should continue their services. It sounded fishy, but I thought they at least would be professional in providing the service. Later I checked the video recordings on my motion sensor cameras and there was no activity around the house captured on those, which signals that the agent did not serviced the house at all and charged me for a fake service. Yesterday I discovered traces of mice infestation around and inside the house and when I called them to fix the issue by providing a reservice, they told me that they will charge me for the reservice and they cannot treat the issues which were not addressed in the last service.

The people on the phone are friendly until you have a complaint. Then they're just downright rude and dismissive and it took me forever to reach a conclusion that I'm still not happy with. We've had them come out 4 times now and have only been present to witness the first and the most recent visits. They never give me more than a date for when they're coming (no window of time, no confirmation calls, no contact when they are on their way or when the service is completed; they don't even ring the doorbell when they get there, they just leave a placard on the door). This latest time I happened to be working from home (because of COVID) and watched the tech sit in his van and play on his phone the entire time instead of actually doing anything. He got out of the car for maybe 2 minutes tops with a brush in hand, walked around the house, then got back in the car. Then he sent me the invoice, saying he had sprayed the entire exterior. I immediately called the company and it took several calls over the course of 2 weeks to reach the Regional Manager, all while being told by the Account Manager that I was making this up to get free service and that "it's hard to fake" doing a spray. I just want to get this stupid service cancelled because they're not even taking care of my bug problem, but their cancellation policy includes a fee equal to 50% of the remaining services. I am NOT going to pay hundreds of dollars to have someone NOT do a service. And the best they're going to offer me is $25 off each remaining visit (which doesn't really matter when the service is $130). Now I have to babysit the tech every time he comes out to do a spray that won't even actually get rid of our ants and spiders. Save yourself the headache and steer clear from this place and any other exterminator that wants to lock you into a contract. Just buy a bottle of Orkin instead.

The Edge pest company has a great sales department however, the service department leaves much to be desired. I contracted with the company to get the mice out of my attic. The service people do not go into attics but they never told me that. Sales said that the service would place bait traps outside and that would draw the rodents outside and also kill any rodents already outside with the poison bait. That never was successful. I called and requested to cancel the service in July 2020. N o one ever called back or left a message or contacted me in any way. The next thing I see is that they came out again and said they rebaited the traps and sprayed for bugs. Guess what ? I still have mice in attic and cancelled again 10/9/20. When I called today the lady said we still have to charge and the managers (who were in a meeting) will get back with you to resolve everything. She never agreed to cancel my service. Hmmm ? This is NOT a company that is reputable or trustworthy. I would NEVER use them again.

I have service with this company I proceeded with adding a package to my initial service they then took money out of my account before I received the additional service, and before I signed for my additional service. I was told I wouldn’t be charged for any service until after I receive service, but somehow I was charged anyway. After making my first review about this company a guy called me about it he then asked me to write a better review and they’ll refund me half my money 😂😂 I did not write a better review because the guy never sent a single email confirming anything we spoke about which I was expecting but at the same time I wasn’t I felt he was just on bull crap too I knew what would happen they would keep my money and my business and only because my brother is paralyzed I did complain but when I went to reschedule my services today I went off because in the past I was told the $300 they took was a one time fee so today Justin the “corporate manager” proceeds to tell me that the $300 is a “one time fee a month” first off no ONE TIME FEE means you’ll be charged monthly that’s a whole recurring charge I was never informed this nor did I sign an agreement stating this he claimed I did and when I had him send me the agreement it wasn’t even my signature I thought this company gave me a bad taste before I could vomit at this point I’m disgusted I have been lied to several times by this company and at this point I’m waiting for a manager to contact me and I plan to switch to a different company I do not recommend this company to anybody this is only a portion of the situation all I wanted was my services to be rescheduled but lies after lies after lies with Justin today and the other reps in the past just did it for me I can’t with edge pest control anymore AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

I have been going through the impossible with this company. Everytime I speak with customer service they all claim they are going to help me. Please do not EVER give these people your bank info. They will deduct money with out authorization even after me speaking to numerous customer service and them claiming to have set up a payment plan they still continue to take out money that was not agreed upon. They made me over draft taken out money numerous amount of times in 5 days. Their liars and horrible customer service. I hope this review helps someone else not to go through what i have went through.

Haven’t seen a solution to my mole problem after paying $300. I believe I have given them enough time to prove themselves. They have not caught 1 mole dispute have 5 traps set in my yard. I don’t think they really know why they are doing. The 80 year old woman nextdoor is catching more on her own than Edge is catching in my yard! If anything, my mole problem is worse. They come out, “set the trap,” and then when I go out and check, only 2/5 traps are actually set. The moles are now moving up by my house and other structures on my property....but I’m locked in to that contract. Won’t be returning after it is up.

Edge is NOT a real pest control company, as all they want is to take your money and charge your credit card a monthly subscription which is impossible to cancel. They continually asked me how they could "earn my business" after trying to charge me over $200 for a 19 minute inspection, which only consisted of using a flashlight in the corners of my room and under my sink. Even after finding no evidence of mice, they tried to sell me other services I did not want or need. On the phone, they said the first service would be $89, but tried to charge me over $200, claiming that I had agreed to it on the phone. Every time I called, they said they had to listen to the recording and then claimed that I had agreed to the price. When I asked for the recording, they said they had to talk to IT and to this day I still do not have a copy of the recording where they say I agreed to the $204 price instead of the $89 price. In addition, they try to charge a monthly fee that is impossible to cancel, based on other reviews, which I wish I had read before agreeing to their services. Stay away from this fraudulent company which is is a scam and should be shut down! This is NOT the way to do business!!!! They do not care about their customers at all and only care about signing them onto the monthly service, which I am guessing the sales people get some sort of bonus for as they continually tried to use scare tactics saying that my house would be infested with hundreds of mice if I did not use their services. I would give negative stars if I could.

Absolutely horrendous service. The always charge me for services they don't perform. Every service I get the bill but no one comes to my home, they don't request any authorization from me and the just charge mi card. Right not they are bugging me with a payment for a service they never did, ridiculous. I am not paying until they perform the service. Stay away from this company at lease in the Seattle Area, they really suck.

Repeatedly failed to address rat problem. Insisted on charging $120 for a non-requested "standard" service after doing nothing to address rodent request. Said rodent request was placed well in advance of "standard" service, leaving me as a thoroughly dissatisfied customer. Clearly Edge is not committed to customer satisfaction DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

After 7 months of payments, complaints. I have bugs.... many bugs. When I complained the customer service person kept to his script and would not let me speak to a supervisor. I paid 400 dollars to terminate early. We agreed that the termination would in fact note my complaints so I could follow up. So if any of you have a 1000 dollars to throw at people who sell to the house and complete none of their promises. We have local companies that are so much better. Will share bills and pictures of bugs on request. Oh and the mice still roam free.

If I could go with zero stars I would have. The salesman that came to our door was nice and friendly but I feel misslead us. The contract was not written up correctly and now we are stuck with a service we aren't happy with. The service to get rid of the gophers was not written up as we wanted and when we called the company they said the salesman only sold the basic service and that the gopher service was an extra $150 dollars. The hidden cost that we were told was in the price was not covered. When our basic service is up that we bought we will not be using edge again.

I don’t appreciate being called over and over again while I’m busy at work!!!!! Leave a message or a text and wait for my response. Don’t just show up and do things. I’m not home. There for I’m paying for a full service and end up only receiving a partial service. Call more in advance so I can schedule to be home or make sure the service is performed at a time I will be home. 😡😡😡😡😡

Cheater. Not telling the real price before we signed up with them. They told us there would be one regular service every three month and each cost about $140. And there would be one "follow up" service 4 weeks after initial service. But they didn't tell us the this "follow up" also cost $140. Misbehavior of sales man. When the sales man came to my home, he shows us the map of our neighborhood and a list of their customer name, address and service time. This certainly leaks the privacy information of residents living their.

They overcharge and under deliver and will be incredibly rude about it. We hired them to get rid of some moths and they never did. We called time and again and they refused to try anything different. They just send over someone who doesn't know squat about bugs to spray their same stuff they do for everyone. If it doesn't work for you, they're all out of ideas. After they fail you, don't take their offer of "free" service. They charge for it! Not exactly free, right?

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! Edge was hired for rodent control only. I signed a 1 year contract with them. Their service consisted of sending out a technician to place regular wooden mouse traps in the house and a bait station outside. I was under the impression they were going to do much more. They charged over $100 per month for something I could have done for $15 and 10 mins of my time every month. When I tried to cancel my service they charged me for 50% of the remaining service. WHAT A JOKE!!!! This company is a RIPOFF stay far away!!!!

That's why we train our sales reps to reiterate multiple times the length our customers are signing up for. Certain discounts are available for longer lengths of agreements, like the one you have. We also send you everything you signed and make sure you watched our welcome video. We want to be as transparent as possible. Just so you know, we only use the best products on the market and as a result, we tend to flush out untouched nests inside your home. This can cause an increase in visible activity but we assure you that that is our product working. You will see a decrease in activity. Some nests take longer than others but we will always keep coming back until you are completely taken care of.

Don't accept any "DISCOUNTS" from them! It is a scam to enter a contract. They will over you a discount of $$$ for your next ## visits. Would you like a $10 off discount? Just say NO!!! In the end they will attempt to charge for 50% of the remaining services that still had that discount

The service didn’t work. I still see losts of bugs everywhere. The guy doing the job wasn’t very happy to be there and each time the guy doing the job has been very quick, feels like they don’t even get anything done on my property.

Called about a rodent in my walls and they gave me the run around until I realized they were signing me up for a service plan. I told them I wasn't interested and they told me they wouldn't come out and help me. They then called me two more times trying to sell me on a service plan.
