Bundle and Save Offer

McCall has a bundle and save option, where customers can choose from any 2 plans and save 10 percent or choose any 3 plans and save 15 percent. Homeowners can choose from a general pest control, lawn care, termite, and mosquito plan or they have the option to select the Do It All bundle. The McCall, Do It All bundle covers all pests, if a customer has a problem with any pest, the company will come out and take care of it.   

Home Pest Control Plan

McCall’s residential pest control program is based on a five zone interior and exterior Integrated Pest Management plan. Starting as low as $29.99/month* the plan includes an initial treatment of a interior and exterior service, quarterly pest control treatments, control of unwanted household pests including, ants, roaches, spiders, scorpions, silverfish, ticks, earwigs, millipedes, centipedes, flies, springtails, house crickets, pillbugs, and wasps.

Zone 1: Interior
A thorough inspection of the entire home focusing on kitchen, bathroom, and points of entry. The service technician will also inspect the attic and crawl spaces.

Zone 2: Exterior
The technician inspects the exterior of the home for cracks in the slab, wood to ground contact, piled mulch, and other pest-attracting conditions. This area will be treated with liquid residual insecticide using a targeted application.

Zone 3: Immediate Upper Exterior
McCall inspects for cracks around doors and windows, trees touching the top of the roof, and moisture leaks. The company will treat all wasp nests, mud daubers, and spiders up to 10ft.

Zone 4: Ornamental Zone
This area consists of the ornamental beds surrounding a house to perforate the mulch, pine bark, and pine straw areas. Using a granular bait, the application strikes where the pests may be harboring.

Zone 5: Inspection Zone
The company visually inspects the surrounding areas of the customer’s home. This sweep identifies the areas that might cause a pest problem. This could be a wooded area or a tree-lined section which can attract fleas and ticks or containers with stagnant water which attracts flies.

Mosquito Treatments

• Monthly treatments (May - October)
• Starting as low as $29.99 per month
• A complete inspection determines which areas are a conducive breeding place
• Granular larvicide is applied to areas of standing water
• Shurb areas are treated with a power micro-sprayer

Termite Control

• Starting as low as $47.99 per month
• Eliminate entire termite colonies

Bed Bug Treatments

Bundle Terms and Conditions

While customers can choose to bundle their pest control plans and save,  homeowners should be aware of the following terms and conditions:

• Prices shown are the minimum prices. The price may be different depending on the size of the property and scope of the service.
• If a customer cancels within the first year, there is an early termination fee equal to the balance of the unpaid first years service fee.
• All bundled services must be paid through auto credit/debit or EFT billed monthly, or pre-payment of the first year’s service fee.
• The monthly payment is not dependent on the frequency of service and will be charged automatically every month.

Bundle Limitations and Exclusions

McCall will determine the scope, frequency, and nature of all treatments for covered pests.

• Drywood termites are not covered.
• McCall is not responsible for replacement of turf or ornamental shrubs.
• McCall is not responsible for controlling turf diseases.
• McCall will make every effort to control any covered pest. If conducive conditions identified by the company are not addressed by the customer, McCall reserves the right to discontinue or modify the treatment(s).
