The Good

  • Permanent Solutions
  • Variety of Services
  • Lifetime Guarantee
  • Free Estimate and Inspections

Permanent Solutions

Permanent exclusion is MayDay Pest Control’s number one goal. To achieve full exclusion, trained technicians inspect all home entry points and rooflines. They use steel flashing to secure and seal the roof from any pest or wildlife entry. Entry points that require airflow are addressed with rodent-proof steel mesh. All other concerning areas are sealed with either mesh or pest-free foam.

Variety of Services

MayDay Pest Control provides a variety of services, tailored to the needs of Georgian homeowners. The main services include pest, wildlife, and termite exclusion. Additional services include animal capture, bee removal, dead animal removal, live trapping, odor diagnosis, and vent/roof seal-up.

Lifetime Guarantee

MayDay Pest Control guarantees a lifetime renewable guarantee on all services and applications. If one of MayDay Pest Control’s sealants or defenses doesn’t fully exclude pest and wildlife, technicians will provide additional services free of charge.

Beware of a company that tells you anything to get the business and do not stand behind their word. Angel, the owner came out to give an estimate to remove squirrels from my attic. He was at least 150lbs over the 250lb weight limit listed on my ladder & broke it as he was coming down from my attic. At that point he assured me that they would fix it and not to worry. Feeling comfortable he would do what they stated, I decided to go ahead and pay to move forward with the service. They removed the bottom half of the ladder that was broken to fix it and when they brought it back, they only replaced a piece of the ladder. The ladder did not quite fit in place like it did before it was broken and is on the verge of breaking when someone is on it. I addressed the concern, and the owner took the stance that he was not going to do anything else to fix it. So bottom line beware of a company whose owner will say whatever it takes to get your business then back out on their word once you pay.

Great co. Use them for pest, termite and mosquitoes. A lot if my neighbors use them too.
