Told serviceman that stink bugs were a persistent problem. He asked where they were coming in. We said if we knew that we would have fixed the problem. He then started to spray inside our house. I stopped him and said we want to stop/kill the bugs before they enter the house, not once they’re inside. Not impressed with his performance even a little bit.

We do not recommend Insight as your home’s pest control solution. We had our first treatment and still had bugs. Upon calling them, they retreated. We still have grubs, crickets, and ants. What we we not told up front is that you have a one year contract that you can not stop. Very disappointed. Further, they fail to follow the requirement to get permission to solicit door to door in our town.
