Very knowledgable and efficient! Recommended a plan for prevention.
Even if you don't have pests/bugs, it's a good idea to get on a routine maintenance plan to prevent it (especially if you live in a wooded area!) You can be as careful as you want, but unless you live in an urban area far from nature and or already live in a condo community HOA that treats the area, those bugs are just chillin' there outside your house waiting to find a way in.
There are some DIY options, but I personally prefer to leave this kind of stuff to the pros.
