I have been a customer to Dewey Pest Control for about 4 years now. Daniel my exterminator is always helpful and on time. He is willing to come super early to my house to do the work because of my schedule, which I really appreciate. The only thing I do not like is that they do not do service on Saturdays.

Dewey pest control for us had its good points and a few things that I wished I could change. pro- they provided the service that we needed, con-I had to wait more than 2 weeks before someone could come out and service our home. Pro- the technician was nice and knowledgeable and explained the service thoroughly. Con-the price was increased because the tech said he had to use more product than initially planned. I think that if im quoted a price than that is the price I should pay.

We checked into having Dewey come out and service our home but ultimately it never happened. after leaving 2 messages for them they finally returned my call about 10 days later. then they said they wouldn't be able to schedule to come for another 8 days. by then I had already found a company to come and provide the service I needed.
