I'm becoming dissatisfied with American Pest. They came out for the quarterly service three days ago. I was assured that all my pest control was taken care of. Unfortunately right now it's full of spiders, and I'm standing at my front door, looking at the columns of my front porch, and watching the the column of ants run up and down the column. So there is not very effective, whatever they used.

A couple of weeks ago I noticed small critters with lots of legs a on my bathroom floor. I wasn't sure where they came from but they definately weren't welcome. I tried some bug sprays from my local store but they did nothing. I decided to try American pest. Scheduling was quick and easy. My technician showed up on time was very professional and best of all critters gone! Would definately use American Pest again.

We had a yearly package with them a few times when we lived in florida and they were phenomenal! You can't beat the prices, service , and best of all it worked, no creepy crawlies lol! Florida was terrible for spiders (poisonous ones too), even scorpions. My only wish is that american pest was here in indiana where we currently reside. We provide our own now by using a DIY pest store but were not professionals..much better having american pest!

I used the bimonthly pest control services and roaches and mice has not been exterminated. The traps American Pest uses are not good quality. I initially was told that I was going to have an estimate for termite extermination in my backyard and never had anyone to follow up on the issue. I am dissatisfied with pest control service.

I did not get the results they expected. I had two packages: one of them was mosquito and the other one was for general home pest. Only one employee during my time of service actually provided customer service. I'm highly dissatisfied. There isn't very good management customer service skills and communication. It was completely disappointing.

American Pest has been a satisfactory pest control company, doing their job to exterminate my creepy crawlies! They arrived quickly upon my calling and seemed very qualified in their expertise. They took great precaution at all times (although they mainly dealt with the exterior), and their customer service is up to par! I always love a company that is upfront about their services and prices! Overall, great choice when it comes to protecting your home from pests.

Sometimes you don't have a choice when it comes to dealing with certain pests. We had mice in the basement over the winter. We called the professionals that came out to look at the basement. They had some recommendations and did some of the work needed to clear out the nests and keep the mice from showing up in the house again.
