I recently, last five months or so, was approved for a small loan. During this time I have been able to refinance and as of today, March 23, I was able to get my loan payback extended due to job issues. Everyone I talked to shows empathy and understanding. They have been so lovely to work with. Great company..people oriented.

Overall great customer service. Application process what very simple. Response time was quick. I got approved for 4500 initially, definitely did not need that much to borrow. Requested 700. Loan repayment is very easy as it is automatically deducted. I refinanced once so far. May do it again later for a much larger sum.

Incredibly rude customer service agents. I called to find out how much I’d be replaying in total because they have been taking payments out of my account for nearly 2 years. The loan should have been taken care of long ago. Total scam company, do not trust them. Reporting to BBB now and applicable federal agencies.

The entire process was easy until, however, I decided to pay the loan off before the first payment was due. I payed the loan off and received an email confirmation congratulating me on paying it off. To my surprise the first payment was still taken out of my account. I call customer service and the explanation given was the payoff has to clear first. I completely understood that. What I didn't understand is that once the payment clears they will issue a refund of the payment within 5 to 7 business days. So at this point they have now borrowed my money and will take their time giving it back with no interest. For this reason alone I will never consider OppLoans again. If you can give me a loan within 24 hours I believe you should refund money that is not yours within 24 hours as well!

I had an account that I had two more notes to pay. They sent emails to refinance and I was trying. I did the same process for four consecutive days. I would get the same message and even had my account showing the new notes, finance charges and everything that goes along with it. I never received the money. Four days kater, I was still waiting because every day I had to sign. I had to sign even though I spoke to someone twice and they made sure every thing was done. I received emails telling me thank you. It was ridiculous.
