Fig loans’ customer support was great. I wish there was a two week grace period so there was a way to pay back before the interest but it is great.

Thank you for this thoughtful feedback! There is a bit of a grace period during which you can repay without interest, but it is not two weeks, unfortunately. For context, on first-time loans, we use any interest payments to offset the costs of marketing, underwriting, and service, so we just break even. Nevertheless, we always appreciate suggestions, so keep 'em coming!

We needed access to our money, and they were available to us. Before today, I would've given them a good score, but I just reapplied for a new loan and was denied. This after being a long time customer, so I'm not really happy right now. They also take a long time to get back to you if you have a question.

Applied for loan with FigLoan on 7/1 and was told the loan would not be avail. until 7/6/21. Their female rep was very nice on phone but their interest rates are high so do not delay in paying off early. They actually dropped the money into my account on 7/1 .

They are way better than a payday loan there rates are lower and they advise you only to apply for the amount you need and instead of paying each payday you pay once a month and you can change your due date if you need too
