Deceptive "free trial." Charged my $39.99 for five months without any confirmation that a free trial had ended or that I've made payments. My attempts to reach out to customer support were unsuccessful. Voicemails to no one. Emails with no response. Finally one email response offered a "courtesy" of refunding one month's bill. This was unacceptable as I had not used any of the services. Finally i was able to connect with a customer service rep on the phone who was very understanding and kind and fixed my issue, refunding me the full amount.

Renewal charge came thru yesterday for this year for $399.90 with no email notification. I canceled my subscription today. Your rep, Kevin P was super in trying to assist me today with the refund. He needed help with your sales team but it was after hours for them. He was filling out a form so the refund could get underway. He was professional and kind. He is a keeper. you are lucky to have reps like Kevin representing your firm!
