Our house was built in 1975 and the originals were replaced by yours and we couldn't be happier. Your windows made a remarkable difference over our old shop grade single pane trouble hungs. The installers did an amazing job and cleaned up after them selves and left our house in perfect order. Absolutely love our sales rep Andrea and the whole team we’ve worked with. Andrea is always a sweetheart when we set up are next set of windows to be replaced AND so informational when my husband or I have questions about the windows/installation. She is also so easy to work with to set up an appointment to set up each project. LOVE working with her. We’ve have one set of windows put in and the installation team that did those was super professional but also personable, was wonderful to have them around and they couldn’t stop complimenting our home. Hoping they’re the same team we get for each set of windows we order!

I had three service providers out to provide quotes on my window project. John D. was my Window Nation contact and I was so lucky to be assigned him. He immediately earned my trust because he didn’t try and shoehorn me into a preexisting product package. Instead he walked my home with me, took measurements and asked questions in each room to understand what I needed and wanted. He took the time to understand my immediate needs and long term home Reno objectives. From there he reviewed the pros and cons of each product option. His impressive knowledge of not only his product but his competitors products helped me understand the options. While in some cases he recommended an upgrade or a different look/ product than I originally thought I wanted, I honestly felt that the recommendation was made with my goals in mind.

Materials and employees were very good. Clean up was done as they worked. The company gave me a further discount but put the original amount in for the building permit. When I saw this I added the city about a refund. They said the company had to get it for me. I called twice on this and no follow up. I emailed the owner, and no follow up.

Every one was very professional. The quotation was explained to me, they demonstrated how the window works, sowed me difference in heat values with they windows and their price was competitive. Workers arrived on time, carefully removed old windows, installed new windows with very little mess and cleaned up when they were finished. They did an excellent job of sealing the new windows. First, one of the windows was not measured and a random one was used until the correct one came it. Once it was in they put the window in too far and the window slammed down now. When I tried to call back it was nearly impossible to ahold of anyone. Once the install was done and the payments set. It’s like I never existed. Horrible customer service.

K Sexton with sales was knowledgeable and very good answered all our questions. Just not a fan of not knowing who makes the windows, plus the companies take it or leave it pricing. Not sure if everyone does it they way not even sure if my windows are good or not, it's hard to see a bill go down when our utilities constantly climb but that's not WN"s fault I just don't track it like I should. Also, I bought sliders 1 window as opposed to buying 2 but wouldn't rexommend them. I feel for the price I should have a new sliding door or front door thrown in.

The windows are very nice make a difference from our last windows. However, I noticed some form of imperfection in one window pane. I contacted the sales team/ installer no response. Fortunately, nothing has occurred just hope it’s not something that will make an issue over time. Also, there were many fingerprints and some palm prints left after installation.
