Absolutely love our sales rep Andrea and the whole team we’ve worked with. Andrea is always a sweetheart when we set up are next set of windows to be replaced AND so informational when my husband or I have questions about the windows/installation. She is also so easy to work with to set up an appointment to set up each project. LOVE working with her. We’ve have one set of windows put in and the installation team that did those was super professional but also personable, was wonderful to have them around and they couldn’t stop complimenting our home. Hoping they’re the same team we get for each set of windows we order!

I had three service providers out to provide quotes on my window project. John D. was my Window Nation contact and I was so lucky to be assigned him. He immediately earned my trust because he didn’t try and shoehorn me into a preexisting product package. Instead he walked my home with me, took measurements and asked questions in each room to understand what I needed and wanted. He took the time to understand my immediate needs and long term home Reno objectives. From there he reviewed the pros and cons of each product option. His impressive knowledge of not only his product but his competitors products helped me understand the options. While in some cases he recommended an upgrade or a different look/ product than I originally thought I wanted, I honestly felt that the recommendation was made with my goals in mind.

Robert A., our sales man, was amaze-balls. He came in and showed Shelly and I the reasons we needed these windows (and we really did). Our house was built in 1975 and the originals were replaced by yours and we couldn't be happier. Your windows made a remarkable difference over our old shop grade single pane trouble hungs. The installers did an amazing job and cleaned up after them selves and left our house in perfect order. We even reccomended your company to our good friends and they now have yours in their house...you're welcome Thank you guys for all of your help

We are pleased with the windows installed in our home by Window Nation. Our sales rep, Jerod S. was a pleasure to work with, he was professional and quite knowledgeable. The team that installed our windows were also professional and pleasant. They worked efficiently and cleaned everything up when they were done with the installation. Window Nation had the best price for the quality of windows they offer. We are pleased with the service and products. Our home is quieter and well insulated. Thank you Window Nation. Also, we love your commercials

I've noticed a significant reduction in my utility bills, which is fantastic. The climate control in my home has also improved. However, I found the initial estimate to be quite high, requiring a lot of negotiation to reach a fair price. I suggest starting with a more reasonable price to avoid the haggling. Additionally, I wish the bug screens fit a bit tighter.

Additionally, the noise reduction is impressive, and I've noticed a decrease in my utility bills, which confirms their energy efficiency. Highly recommend!

My experience with Window Nation was smooth from start to finish. I had just purchased my first home and was a bit nervous about the task of getting new windows. I filled out the interest form and was contacted within hours to set up a home visit. My rep, Jonathan, was amazing! He was very knowledge and able to answer all of my questions. The install was scheduled in a couple months. The install process was seamless and completed in one day. I would absolutely recommend.

The rep was very nice and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy and understood my needs. The first summer after I got the windows, I could feel the difference and saw the difference in my electric bill. In the winter, the house is warmer. The promo of buy 2 get 2 free with 0% interest for 5 years was exactly what I needed! I still need to replace the other half of my windows and will be sure to reach out to Window Nation to complete the job once this loan is paid off!

I had my old windows replaced, and the results are fantastic! My heating bills have dropped significantly, and there are no more drafts. The installation was seamless; they measured and fitted perfectly. I was so impressed that I had them replace windows in my rental property too. The noise reduction in my living room is remarkable—about 80% less noise! Even my contractor praised their work. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again!

Every one was very professional. The quotation was explained to me, they demonstrated how the window works, sowed me difference in heat values with they windows and their price was competitive. Workers arrived on time, carefully removed old windows, installed new windows with very little mess and cleaned up when they were finished. They did an excellent job of sealing the new windows. Very pleased with their work and would recommend their services to anyone that needs new windows.

From the very start, I hv been impressed with the quality, and more importantly, the service. Not long after my initial installation, one of the windows got cracked and a couple of my screens got bent out of shape. Window Nation was quick to replace the above. All at no charge! I was pleasantly surprised by this. Amazing company, and I intend to be a customer for life!!

I have left one survey. The windows still do not lock properly. I guess I have to live with it. Sad. We had a technician out he said they were all good n but one. I disagree. I have great difficulty locking 5 of them. I don't 🤔 no for what I paid they should be this way.

Materials and employees were very good. Clean up was done as they worked. The company gave me a further discount but put the original amount in for the building permit. When I saw this I added the city about a refund. They said the company had to get it for me. I called twice on this and no follow up. I emailed the owner, and no follow up.

We are very pleased with our experience with Window Nation. From the initial meeting with the salesman (I think his name was Jeremy, but can't remember for sure), to the measurement appointment, to the actual installation. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional. The windows are performing as expected, so we could not be more pleased.

I had a mixed experience. The new windows have improved my home's temperature and reduced my heating bills, but the door installation was frustrating. The installers needed multiple visits to fix the front and screen doors, ultimately replacing them entirely. However, their customer service was responsive and helpful whenever we had issues.

I was initially pleased with the windows as they reduced noise and were installed quickly at a good price. However, I faced issues with improper sealing, leading to a fly infestation. It took a long time for the company to return and fix the problem, leaving me quite dissatisfied with the overall experience.

I've noticed my kitchen is much warmer now, and while my sliding door does a better job at keeping the temperature stable, the living room still feels drafty, likely due to the age of my house. As for the service warranty, I believe it could be improved; a one-year warranty feels insufficient. Overall, there's room for enhancement.
