I was lied to about financing. I had the understanding I was getting 5 years 0% financing as advertised on WSB radio but I was signed up for 10 years 10% financing. Shame on me for not reading the forms. I trusted your salesman. Before we even get started I asked him about the financing and he said we do offered the 5 year 0% financing. I thought that what I was signing. Shame on me for not reading the contract. Don’t lie to your customers right out of the gate. For this reason I will never recommend to anyone doing business with your company.

I found the windows beautiful, but my experience with the finance company was terrible. They don't answer calls, and the salesman was dishonest. Overall, not a good experience with Window Nation, despite the aesthetics. Save your money and look elsewhere!

However, I was disappointed with the financing process; they advertised 0% interest but then charged an exorbitant rate to sell the loan. Transparency is key, and I felt misled.

Joe did not follow up on what he said he would do and even though I got many many solicitations from the top guys there telling me how customer oriented they are, they never bothered to even respond to my repeated requests.. It’s all about advertising and nothing about customer service.
