WN referrals, such as a company for replacement doors, did not provide a reasonable market quote for me. Also, this seems to be an unspoken issue known by WN sales staff. Referrals do not provide flexibility for different levels of product cost, nor in a quote for me include the WN discount $800. Wast of my time.

We had our whole house done. Way over priced!! You would think by paying a very large amount for our windows that we got nothing but good quality & never have to worry about them, well that definately has not been the case! The Windows never lock easily like they are supposed to. A windows in my family room doesn't open or close easy at all & in another room the windows are not straight. So now I have to make another call to see what they are going to do about that!
