It’s ok is all I can say. Our loan got transferred to them and I was mailed a letter I received that they were taking over less than 30 days. Any way you pay with them directly besides auto pay, there’s a charge. When I got locked out of the account, the feature for forgot login didn’t work. I haven’t really seen anything over the top but that they will take your payments.
