Fannie Mae

My loan was purchased by Fannie Mae and was therefore transferred to a new loan servicer. The transfer didn't go smoothly, the monthly payment amount was somehow changed in the process, and it took a lot of time to get it corrected. I don't know how much of that was Fannie Mae directly, but the servicer they use was difficult to work with. I like that they are an old and well know company, but I wish that there were more systems in place to make sure that transfers were accurate.
