Select Portfolio took over our loan. They finished up our mortgage modification a number of years ago. They have been excellent in every way. Customer service, Website, Physical mail statements each month, automatic payments like clockwork. Five stars all the way!

It’s ok is all I can say. Our loan got transferred to them and I was mailed a letter I received that they were taking over less than 30 days. Any way you pay with them directly besides auto pay, there’s a charge. When I got locked out of the account, the feature for forgot login didn’t work. I haven’t really seen anything over the top but that they will take your payments.
